Sundae restaurant

Very nice ice cream.On the last visit I had chocolate chip and vanilla.Parking is easy. Easy access for disabled.And of course 2 scoops fills you up like a meal.Who invented icecream? They deserve a medal.

The ice-cream is great but the place needs a really good scrub.

Ice-cream was nice and quite a few options. Great customer service!!! Had someone in wheelchair staff yesterday when we visited the shop, had problem entering due to ramp. Staff assisted us a lot to enter into shop easily. Thank you so much.

Ice-Cream is always good so it can be hard to differentiate yourself as an ice-cream parlor. In this case the team at B&R differentiate themselves by providing top quality service... smiling and friendly. I love this place... probably a little more than I should.

Despite only working on her own, Sherry was very kind and accommodating, and managed to stay calm and friendly in a busy situation. Great service and great ice cream!

Well to say this store is lacking is an understatement.First half the ice cream display was empty, so the ice creams I wanted were not there. The THICK SHAKE - not milkshake that’s was ordered was lifeless and runny. With flat cream on the top.The place was not clean.The ice cream that I ordered to take home was left melting over the side of the container as the staff member didn’t seem to know what she was doing and took forever to even get it in the bag. And also the container was under weight... the weights are posted where I ( everyone ) can see but she obviously doesn’t know how to read the chart.The thick shake was more like a large cup of milk with bits of biscuit in it as it was Supposed to be cookies and creme, which wasn’t the first choice as the mint one I originally wanted was also not available due to no choc mint ice cream. Was flavourless runny and milky.So much for an ULITIMATE THICK SHAKE. more like an expensive cup of milk.Not to mention the staff member on duty appeared as if she had not received adequate training and or experience to be working by herself.

Haven’t been to a Baskin Robbins in years & now I feel like I’ve been missing out. We got the vertical sundae and it was the best. We were trying to pick flavours for sooo long and the girl helping us didn’t seem impatient about us asking to try flavours.

Our go-to store closest to home with the best customer service. They let you try flavours before buying and you don't feel rushed at all. They have an opt-in text service where you can get deals, text your order for pick up. It's nice and feels like you are a valued customer.
